12 01 10 - 00:48 All the way from the USA!Joe and freinds met us at Rose Bay Wharf ready to get into some fish, So off we went. The weather was supposed to hold for most of the morning and then turn Southerly later..... Well this was a joke! by 9am it was blowing 15 knots Sth and then gradually got worse! So I headed Sth to Nth Bondi, Its a great little spot because its not too deep and the sea will be behind you for a comfortable trip home.
Some good fish were caught all things considered weather wise.. Kings, Morwong, Pigies and jackets. Some of which we filleted so Joe my U.S mate could make the most delicious dish. first you finely chop half a red onion, 1 halopeno chilli and cut and squeeze 4 ripe limes mix all this to pot and then mix in your sliced fish flesh and let the marinade do its magic.... 15 mins and your done YUM! Well done.
